Mark decided a long time ago that the only way to tackle the issue of his diagnosis was head on - which led to the first challenge of riding from John O'Groats to Lands End. Despite only just having completed his chemotherapy, he and his fellow Team Bullheart riders raised a staggering £30,000 for the Sarcoma Trust.

Since then Mark has committed himself to raising money for causes close to his own heart. This can be in the form of personal challenges, such as the notorious Single Speed UK races, or as team events with other charitable and committed friends, like the Team Bullheart '365 in Twenty Four' ride to Amsterdam.

Fundraising is a challenging business. It requires time, commitment, physical exertion and the will to see the task through to the end. Team Bullheart is rightly proud of the results of the collective commitment of its' members, and the way in which this helps others. But sometimes even the fundraisers need a helping hand; and this can be in the form of PR, technical expertise, financial backing or sometimes even just the shaking of a donations bucket. If you think you could aid us in our quest to help others, please contact Mark and the team at and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Thank you all for your continued support and good wishes,

Mark 'Bullheart' Fradgley
